The Gilbert Soccer Club is happy to be supporting a local non-profit, Passing Hope. We have contributed to this worthy organization in the past. For those of you not familiar with Passing Hope, their mission is to help people who are struggling globally in economic conditions and/or disabilities through soccer. They have worked in Haiti with children and amputees athletes and in 2012 are expanding into Africa and in the US assisting special needs children.

Passing Hope is scheduled to leave on its next trip to Haiti on Feb 19th-25th and is looking for help with used or new soccer equipment, including balls, cleats, uniforms, bags, or other soccer equipment (coaching or playing). Gilbert Soccer Club will have delivery sites at Paloma, South Valley Jr. High and Highland High School for two weeks starting Jan 30th (Monday through Thursday) and Monday February 6^th (Monday through Thursday). Drop off times with be from 6:00 to 8:30pm.
