Congratulations to the following teams who played over the Labor day weekend in the various tournaments around the Region.

• The 93 Premier Girls placed 3rd in their bracket in the 2010 Blues Cup in San Juan Capistrano, ca
• The 95 Premier Girls placed 3rd in their bracket in the 2010 Notts Forest Cup in San Diego, Ca.
• The 96 Premier Girls were Champions in the 2010 Notts Forest Cup in San Diego, Ca. beating TSA in a 2-0 all Arizona championship match. The girls went undefeated allowing only 1 goal all weekend.
• The 96 Premeir Boys finished 4th in their bracket in the 2010 Inaugural Cup
• The 97 Premier Boys finished 3rd in their bracket in the 2010 Inaugural Cup with the boys placing 3rd overall in a Premier vs Select consolation game.
• The 97 Select Boys finished 3rd in their bracket in the 2010 Inaugural Cup
• The 99 Premier Girls finished 3rd in their bracket playing up an age group in the 2010 inaugural Cup
• The 99 Premier Boys Black finished 1st place in the 2010 Inaugural Cup
• The 99 Premier Boys Teal placed 3rd in their bracket in their 1st out of state tournament at the Notts Forest Cup in San Diego,Ca.
• The 00 Premier Boys took the Championship in the 2010 Inaugural Cup
• The 00 Classic Boys went to California for the NHB Tournament. The boys had a rough start with a narrow loss (2-3) with game #1 but finished with their last game with a win of 5-0. It was good for the boys to get their feet wet with out of state travel and try an 11v11 format for the first time. They all had a great time in So Cal and their community service project when off wonderfully. Thank you to so many GSC families that donated cleats, balls and uniforms. Barney Family Sports Complex also stepped up and created a cheap package for families to purchase that included shirts, shorts, socks, shinguards, cleats for $20. It was amazing to how excited the Club director and the kids at Compton United where to receive all this well needed soccer gear. Thank you GSC families for all you help! The 2000 boys hope to do this every year.
