 Madyson Welcome was chosen this week as the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) defensive player of the week. She is a true freshmen at Fort Lewis College in Durango,Colorado and is one of 5 players recruited from Jeff Perry's Arsenal 92 Premier Girls Team. The Skyhawks are enjoying a successful run and are currently ranked 6th in the NCAA Division II National Womens poll. Their last 6 games have shown a +13 Goal differential and no doubt Madyson Wellcome is a factor in that. We wish her and her Skyhawk teammates, Emma Cannis, Taylor Tegtmeyer, Megan Striedel, Torrey Larson continued success.
